Medical Sector Relationship Managers
Overview
Relationship managers will build a portfolio of client relationships by providing needs-based recommendations and building strong value propositions in order to competitively place merchants with the appropriate products and services. This position will focus on the medical services industry to include medical doctors, veterinary practices, dentists’ offices and chiropractors. An understanding of medical CRM tools will strongly benefit applicants and an existing portfolio of clients on which to call will encourage early success.
Qualified candidates will possess intrinsic motivation and unwavering ethics. Core values compelling oneself to keep clients’ best interests as the foundational element of every interaction are critical to success. Strong time management skills, acute attention to detail and documentation accuracy, motivation and desire to succeed in a remote work environment, comfort with the use of modern technology such as smartphones and/or point of sale equipment, and the ability and willingness to visit clients at their places of business are necessary qualifications.
