Executive Assistant
Overview
This position will provide internal and client-facing support in a remote work environment. Responsibilities will include document prep, review and submission; customer support to include moderate terminal troubleshooting; general customer service inquiries; a point of contact for service escalations; management of team calendars and schedules; reporting; and general administrative tasks.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication and time management skills, be motivated to succeed in a remote environment, have moderate comfort with the use of modern technology such as smartphones and/or point of sale equipment, and exhibit a positive and energetic attitude in furtherance of our team dynamic.
